Mission

It is the mission of the Division of Primary Care to help improve the quality and accessibility of health care for every West Virginian, regardless of ability to pay, through the administration of funding, program services and advocacy to community-based primary care organizations.

Program Administration

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Bureau for Public Health, Office of Community Health Systems, through its Division of Primary Care, administers these programs for the State of West Virginia.
